On Wednesday, April 20, from 5:30-7pm, the B1 students at Parkway Public School hosted a “Technology Showcase” to introduce parents and friends to how students use new technologies to learn in school these days. We showed parents and kids how to program, use Google Drive, use a Robot, learn with a SmartBoard, play Kahoot, and use iPads. We had great success. We held a draw for a tech gift card — congrats to the winning family!

We had fun hosting, and it was awesome! We were both at the programming station. We used a cool program called Elm, and also HopScotch! We hope you and your family participated. We would like to know how your experience was! Have the best day you can have!!!
