The implementation of the Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) Strategic Plan is guided each school year by the Board Improvement and Equity Plan (BIEP). Each district school board is expected to develop a Student Achievement Plan. They are guided by priorities identified by the Ministry of Education, in addition to each district’s Strategic Plan. The WRDSB has incorporated the Student Achievement Plan requirements within the BIEP.

The BIEP has 4 result areas and each with a set of performance indicators. This plan guides our work to transform education so that all students have the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
