The Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) Strategic Plan Community Consultation Survey aims to consult students, parents, families, caregivers and community members on the current WRDSB Multi-Year Strategic Plan, which was developed in 2022.

The WRDSB will be conducting Focus Group Discussions to gather information on how we can continue to improve our efforts to support the educational needs of students in the WRDSB. The focus groups will involve student, staff, parent, family and caregiver voice through Statutory Board Committees, including:

  • Student Roundtables
  • Indigenous Education Advisory Circle (IEAC)
  • Equity and Inclusion Advisory Group (EIAG)
  • Parent Involvement Committee (PIC)
  • Staff Advisory
  • Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC)
  • Waterloo Region Assembly of Public School Councils (WRAPSC)

The Focus Group Discussions will align with the objectives of the Strategic Plan Community Consultations, including the Survey and Town Hall Meetings.
