Help the Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) plan and grow for the future.

Members of the Doon South community are invited to attend a virtual public consultation session on Tuesday, May 17 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. We are looking to gather input on the design of a future WRDSB school for the Doon South neighbourhood.

Who is Invited?

Parents, caregivers and community members who live in the Doon South community are invited to attend this virtual consultation.

Where is Doon South?

Doon South is the neighbourhood located west of the 401 and south of Homer Watson Boulevard in Kitchener. The northern and western borders of the neighbourhood can be seen in this map:

About the Consultation Session

This public consultation session is being hosted by the WRDSB in partnership with WalterFedy & Smoke Architects. They will be designing this future school in South Kitchener at 670 Thomas Slee Drive, Kitchener.

How will we participate?

The consultation session will begin with a presentation from WalterFedy & Smoke Architects. Participants will then move into virtual breakout rooms where they can provide direct feedback.

Provide your information using the registration form, but indicate that you will be unable to attend using the last question on the registration form. You will be provided an opportunity to give feedback.
