On May 18, John Mahood Public School came together to celebrate their fundraising success in an unusual way. The school community worked together to raise over $14,000 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation through their Jump Rope for Heart campaign. The Principal, Mr. Enns, agreed that if his students raised the school’s goal of $8,000, they could tape him to the school wall. A man of his word, Mr. Enns let students tape him to the wall – over a foot off the ground – to celebrate this amazing fundraising accomplishment.

Way to go, John Mahood. Elmira has heart!
