We are currently inviting our community to give us their views on our proposed plan for compensation for executives in Waterloo Region District School Board.

For us to innovate tomorrow by educating today, we need to be able to attract and retain quality leadership so we have developed, in consultation with the Government of Ontario, a new Executive Compensation Program to meet the requirements of provincial regulations.

You can read the details of the proposed plan for executive compensation, and give your feedback until 4 p.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. We will review your feedback and share a summary with the Ministry of Education. Our board of trustees will consider approving the framework when they have final approval from the government.
