Procurement Presentation 
Trustees received a presentation on the procurement practices of the WRDSB, from Manager of Procurement Services Steve Case. Information was shared on procurement practices, legal requirements, and department operations.

Student Senate Terms of Reference
Student Trustees Ryan Barnes and Andy Takhar presented the new terms of reference for the student senate to trustees. The mission statement for the senate, as well as the purpose was shared with trustees and board staff. This is the first time that the student senate has had terms of reference.
