Ms. McQuain and her Grade 4 class at Silverheights Public School wanted to celebrate the Chinese New Year with a parade in the school, but discovered the dragon costume they wanted to use was in disrepair. The students worked hard to refurbish the costume, and this morning they held an energetic dragon dance parade throughout the halls of the school! They accompanied the dragon dance with bubbles and rhythm instruments to wish everyone a happy new year. Gung hay fat choy!
