As the new school approaches, we are excited to celebrate the joy of going back to school – and we would love your help!
We are challenging our community to participate in our #BacktoSchoolJoy campaign by sharing a picture of what they’re most excited about when returning to school.
Participating is simple
- Snap a photo or dust off those back to school photos
- Capture or use an old picture that represents what you’re most looking forward to about returning to school. It could be reuniting with colleagues, the first day outfit, a favourite subject, a special school tradition, or anything that makes going back to school exciting for you.
- Share on Social Media:
- Post your photo(s) on any social media platform (X, formerly known as Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook). Make sure to use the hashtag #BacktoSchoolJoy and tag @wrdsb in your post on X or Facebook and @wr_dsb on Instagram or Threads.
- Write a simple message of encouragement to students OR share why you are excited about going back to school.
We hope you will join us in this fun, back to school activity to help us get WRDSB students and staff excited for the new school year.
