Who can get vaccinated?

The immunization clinics are being offered to students in Grade 7, 8 and 9 during the 2021/2021 school year who are eligible to receive their school program vaccines (hepatitis B, HPV and meningococcal) or complete the series if they have already started them.

Before you make your appointment

Before booking an appointment, parents, caregivers or students should update their immunization records. You can report immunization records:

  • Online: Immunization Reporting
  • By phone: 519-575-4400 ext. 5001, from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

A student’s Health Card number is needed to view their immunization record. If you do not have a health card, you can use the Ontario Immunization Identification (OIID) usually found on a child’s report card.
