UPDATE at 5:07pm – We want to provide an update on a technical issue that was impacting landline phones at the Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) Education Centre.
Switchboard service has now been restored.

We want to provide an update on a technical issue currently impacting landline phones at the Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) Education Centre. Currently, our switchboard is unavailable, but connecting to a person through an extension is working.
WRDSB Information Technology Services are aware of the issue and are working with the vendor to find a solution. At this time, there is no estimated time to resolve the issue. Please be assured that we are working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue.

We will provide updates as soon as we have any new information.
