The exciting work on a renewed Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) Strategic Direction and Plan continued on February 26 and 27, 2016.

All WRDSB trustees and senior staff met for a second time to continue the development of renewed vision for the Board that allows us to best serve our students. The innovative space at Communitech inspired the team to focus on the future for our students and how the world into which they will graduate will be significantly different than what we, as adults, have experienced. The Strategic Plan will reflect the voices of students, staff and community. It will provide an inspirational guide to the future of public education in the the Waterloo Region.

Consultations will be held with students, staff, parents and our broader community at a later date. Please watch our website for more details.
