On November 25, 2013, The Waterloo Region District School Board held its monthly board meeting. The agenda for the meeting can be found here.

Consent Agenda
Trustees voted to approve and receive the minutes and reports as part of the consent agenda.

* at this meeting, Trustees ratified the decision to change school bell times, and close Three Bridges Public School.*

Delegations
Two delegations appeared at the meeting: one speaking to the Woolwich/Wellesley Accommodation Review, and the other on Bell Times.

Reports

ITS Presentation – Initiatives and Vision
Trustees received a presentation from Mark Carbone, CIO, and Michael Morgan, Senior Manager ITS, on the initiatives that ITS has undertaken across the Board. Updates and improvements include: server upgrades, moving to mobile devices, larger wi-fi access, and a board-wide cloud service.

Trustees received the update for information.
