Test date: June 14, 2019
Standing result: 10.5 ug/L
Flushed result: 2.9 ug/L

Fixture Number: PHS-26; tap (FR# 223, Family Studies)
Test date: June 12, 2019
Standing result: 29.6 ug/L
Flushed result: 1.2 ug/L

Corrective actions:

• Flush the impacted fixtures daily for the next 24 months
