The staff and students at Sandhills Public School took part in a cultural experience by celebrating the Chinese New Year in colourful fashion.

In the weeks leading up, students learned about Chinese history and culture. They read books, created art displays, and to bring all their learning together, the school held a dragon parade. Everyone lined the halls and watched students perform the dragon dance in the hand-made dragon costume.
