In the event that Canada Post services are interrupted on July 2, 2016, it is recommended that all external mailings be dropped off or picked up in person at the Distribution Centre located at the Waterloo Region District School Board – Education Centre , 51 Ardelt Avenue Kitchener, ON N2C 2R5. Please ensure name, department and school (if applicable) appear on such mailings.

Invoicing may be emailed to:  accpay@wrdsb.on.ca
Throughout the summer, cheques will be available for pickup at the Financial Services area at the Education Centre Monday through Thursday.(July 4th to August 26th)

At this time, all incoming or outgoing courier parcels will not be affected.
