School Starts September 3!

First Day:

Students should be at their school at the regular starting time. Visit our list of schools or the school website for start and dismissal times.

Elementary students are in class all day.

Junior and senior kindergarten students have staggered entry times for the first two weeks of school.

Secondary schools have various opening day activities planned for the first day. Students should bring an appropriate combination lock for their locker, or money to buy one from the school.

Taking the bus?
All school buses will run and it is a good idea to be at your bus stop early. Bus schedules will be available at the end of August. For bus information, please call Student Transportation Services of Waterloo Region at 519 650 4934 or visit their website.

It isn’t too late to register!

All schools are open starting August 26 for registration. If you are a current student, you do not need to re-register. If you are not sure which school you should attend, use our School Finder or phone 519 570 0003 x4419
