Please use this new version of the school screening tool each day before going to school. A PDF version is also available to print.

The Government of Canada updated its quarantine rules for unvaccinated travellers under 12. All children under 12 who travel with fully vaccinated adults can now return to school immediately.

Children under 12 who are unvaccinated or only have one dose of the vaccine, who travel with adults who are unvaccinated or only have one dose of the vaccine, must quarantine for 14 days.

Individuals 12 and older who are unvaccinated or only have one dose of the vaccine must quarantine for 14 days, even if they have travelled with fully vaccinated adults.

You must follow any directions given to you by the Canada Border Services Agency when returning to Canada. If you are directed to quarantine, you must follow that direction.

Screening Verification

If you receive a green checkmark to go to school, please complete the WRDSB Student Screening Confirmation Form for each elementary student in the household.
