We are thrilled to announce that two exceptional WRDSB students have been named 2025 Schulich Leaders, receiving Canada’s most prestigious undergraduate STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) scholarship.
Hudson, a student at Elmira District Secondary School, has been awarded the $120,000 Schulich Leader Scholarship to study Engineering at the University of Toronto.
Richard, a student at Kitchener-Waterloo Collegiate and Vocational School (KCI), has been awarded the $100,000 Schulich Leader Scholarship to pursue his post-secondary studies at the University of Waterloo.
These competitive scholarships recognize students across Canada who demonstrate outstanding academic excellence, leadership, and a passion for innovation in STEM.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Hudson and Richard on this incredible accomplishment. Their achievements are a reflection of their hard work, vision, and the supportive communities that helped them succeed.
