As part of our ongoing efforts to support Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) students and families, our psychology and social work staff are offering two free interactive, fun information sessions about stress and anxiety and how they can be managed. These sessions will be hosted jointly with the Waterloo Catholic District School Board (WCDSB).

These one-hour workshops, scheduled over four weeks in the summer, will help students and their families to learn and develop more ways to manage stress and anxiety.
