The new school will not open with a French immersion program. A school must operate for five years before a French immersion program can be considered.

Students who live within the new school boundary and are enrolled in French immersion at other schools may choose to remain in the program at those facilities, along with any siblings. However, in accordance with Board Policy 4009: Student Transportation and Administrative Procedure 4260: Student Transportation, students who choose to remain in French immersion at those schools will no longer be eligible for transportation.
