Public Meeting – June 19, 2017 – Annual Community Planning & Facility Partnership Opportunities

The WRDSB will hold a public meeting on Monday, June 19, 2017, as part of the Board’s regular Committee of the Whole meeting to discuss potential community planning and facility partnership opportunities within the community and/or listen to what needs or plans community partners may have.

Board Room, 1st Floor, Building 2, Education Centre, 51 Ardelt Ave., Kitchener

Anyone wishing to present to trustees must follow the Board’s Delegation Procedures. You may register as a delegation by calling Jayne Herring, Manager of Corporate Services, at (519) 570-0003 x 4336, during business hours. You should register by noon on the Thursday prior to the meeting.

Please note that under Section 4.1 of the Board’s Administrative Procedure 4990 – Community Planning & Facility Partnerships, potential partners will be required to bring relevant planning information, including, but not limited to population projections, growth plans, community needs, land use and green space/park requirements.
