November 28, 2014 Update on Surplus Property Circulation.
Further to the October 15th, 2014 update on Surplus Property Circulation.
An Offer submitted under the circulation requirements of O.Reg 444/98 has failed to meet those requirements. As a result, the Board has requested clearance from the Minister of Education to proceed to offer the following property for sale to any other public or private interest:
- Former Dickson Public School building and property
65 St. Andrew’s Street, Cambridge, ON
Approximately 1.01 acres
When clearance is received from the Minister of Education, this website will be updated to advise how this property will be sold.
