We can accept your tuition payment after you have received your invoice. An invoice will be issued after we have completed our review of the application.

After your invoice has been received, we can accept payment through the following methods:

  • Bank Draft: A bank draft can be delivered to our office by appointment only. Payments should be made out to Waterloo Region District School Board.
  • Credit Card: We also accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments by phone or in person at our office by appointment only. We do not accept American Express.
  • International Wire Transfer: All international wire payments are processed by Flywire, our international payment provider. We will send our payment instructions with your invoice. We cannot accept direct deposits or electronic fund transfers.
