The WRDSB Parent Involvement Committee (PIC) and Waterloo Region Assembly of Public School Councils (WRAPSC) are excited to announce the fifth annual parent conference, which will be hosted on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Bluevale Collegiate Institute (BCI). This year’s theme is ‘Strengthening Family-School Relationships: Achieving excellence and well-being for all students.’

The conference will kickoff with keynote speaker Monique Howat (motivation expert since 1998) speaking to “How to Raise Confident and Motivated Kids,” followed by a variety of workshops on topics such as: student whole body wellness, literacy/reading, science, math, navigating the school system, plus many more!

This FREE event is an amazing opportunity for our families within the WRDSB! All parents and guardians of WRDSB children are invited to attend. Free childcare for children ages 2 – 11 will be provided for the day. Registration will be open soon – stay tuned!
