Current Students Applying for College or University

In Ontario
Your marks will be uploaded by your high school.
Outside of Ontario
Ask your high school to either send your marks directly to the post-secondary institution outside of Ontario, or ask for a paper transcript that you can forward yourself.
I earned a credit in summer school. How does my mark get on my transcript / uploaded to post-secondary?
Summer school marks are processed within 10 business days after the completion of summer school. Report cards will be sent to the student’s home school, and can be obtained there. The home school will enter the mark on your transcript and upload it to post-secondary. If proof of mark is required prior to the day school staff’s return, a hard copy of the mark can be obtained after the 10 business days by coming to the Alternative and Continuing Education office, 151 Weber Street South, Waterloo from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Students must bring photo I.D. and must pick up the document in person.
