We developed our 2024-25 Board Improvement and Equity Plan (BIEP) guided by:

  • The Strategic Directions of the WRDSB Strategic Plan
  • Priorities identified by the Ministry of Education

About the Board Improvement and Equity Plan

Each district school board is expected to develop a Student Achievement Plan to support the implementation and achievement of the strategic plan. The WRDSB has aligned our BIEP with the Ministry’s Student Achievement Plan requirements and with the WRDSB Strategic Plan.

We have performance indicators in four key areas:
