Water testing results showed that two fixtures were impacted:

Fixture Number: WOD-03; drinking fountain (corridor, FR#813)
Test date: June 15, 2019
Standing result: 2.6 ug/L
Flushed result: 36.1 ug/L

Fixture Number: WOD-37; bottle filler (corridor, FR#813)
Test date: August 23, 2019
Standing result: 21.1 ug/L
Flushed result: 20.2 ug/L

Corrective actions:

• Flush ALL drinking water fixtures daily;
• Permanently render both fixtures unusable for drinking;
• Take two sets of resamples from the impacted fixtures where the initial samples were taken a minimum of seven days apart from each other but within 30 days of the initial sample.
