Update 1:50 pm: Waterloo Regional Police have lifted the hold and secure at Cameron Heights CI.

Please be advised that a hold and secure has been issued by the Waterloo Regional Police Service for Cameron Heights Collegiate Institute for a nearby police investigation. Students will not be released from the school until the police department have lifted the hold and secure.

All students and staff are safe. We will update this web post, Twitter and Facebook as more details become available.
