PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING DUAL CREDIT APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2009-2010 SCHOOL YEAR. Students may still apply for next year (2010-2011).
The application deadline for OYAP Programs is: March 1st, 2010

OYAP APPLICATION FORMS

1) OYAP On-Line Application (students will be required to use the same username & login that is used to log in to their school computers)
2) Teacher Reference Form (*applies only to students wanting to take a Dual Credit or Home Building Program)

OYAP APPLICATION PROCESS
The OYAP Application Process applies to ALL students wanting to participate in an OYAP Magnet, Dual Credit or Home Building Program:
Students must complete and submit the following to their guidance counselor:
1) An On-line Student Application Form
2) Parent Signature Pages (found in Part A and Part B of the OYAP on-line application form)
3) Copy of Credit Counseling Summary
Please note: The following step is only for students who are applying for an OYAP Dual Credit Program or Home Building Program:
4) Students must submit three Teacher Reference Forms
A hard copy of all documents must be submitted to the guidance counselor within one week of submitting the OYAP Student Application Form on-line.
