WRDSB Students Continue to Meet Provincial Standard

More Grade 10 Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) students are demonstrating their confidence and readiness to achieve one of their graduation requirements by participating in the 2015 Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT) that took place in March of this year.

“The efforts of our staff in the area of literacy continue to show that our students are making gains in this area,” says Angela Mercier, superintendent, student achievement & well-being. “More students are participating in the test, and we are seeing a high rate of success with 82% of first time eligible students successfully completing the OSSLT.”
