Driftwood Park Public School celebrates its 25th Anniversary.

Throughout the 2014-15 school year, staff and students have found various ways to acknowledge this special year. For example, an educational assistant created a mural around the top of the ‘skydome’, and the graduating class in June each have created a tile showing an activity that takes place which have been placed like leaves on a tree painted on the wall of the entrance.

To kick-off the celebration, they held a Scavenger Hunt for the families of their school community. Each class researched one of the past 25 years and decorated their door and classroom to reflect that year. The Scavenger Hunt had families travel from class to class to discover something from each year.

They are very proud of their school’s history and are very excited to share it with the community.
